During the second world war she entertained troops in Europe and in 1947 she achieved her greatest success starring in "Finian's Rainbow" on Broadway.

Amongst the 25 re-mastered tracks on this CD are the songs associated with Ella Logan - her duet with Hoagy Carmichael - "Two Sleepy People"; "Loch Lomond" and her showstoppers from "Finian's Rainbow" - "How Are Things In Glocca Morra?" and "Old Devil Moon".
