Artists: Bing Crosby

Bing Crosby, the biggest star in show business during WWII, worked tirelessly during the war years to entertain service personnel. He appeared on a multitude of special radio programmes for the Armed Forces Radio Service (AFRS) often singing songs he did not record commercially. This CD picks up a rare and varied selection of these performances for the AFRS and re-creates the atmosphere of the war time years.
