Guitarist Tony Mottola worked with the greats such as Sinatra and Perry Como from the 1940s to the 1970s, and was resident guitarist on the Perry Como TV shows, before making best-selling records in his own right. "Roman Guitar" (on Sepia 1174) was a Top 30 best seller resulting in "Roman Guitar" (Volume Two) which made #46 in the U.S.A. Best-selling album chart, an achievement for a non- vocal album. Volume Two offers a winning collection of songs from Italy such as "Anema E Core" and "Summertime in Venice." "Spanish Guitar" has Mottola performing songs with a Spanish flavour such as "Lady of Spain", "Tico-Tico", "Granada" and "Frenesi". All tracks have been digitally re-mastered and are appearing on CD for the first time.
